Unreliable - DO NOT BOOK!!!
Terrible! We arrived at almost midnight, and were told they were full - even though we had a reservation. They said we needed to send them a WhatsApp in advance to secure the booking (which we had done - but they still took no accountability for their mistake). This left us in a dodgy part of town with nowhere to go or stay, and they did not admit they were in the wrong.

We have a saying in Brasil: O barato sai caro. Do not recommend.
Nothing.
- Our room stunk tabacco. - Dirty: The sheets were stained, the bathroom was very unclean. - Not LGBT friendly ️‍: upon finding out that we were a gay couple staying in the suite together, the employee shifted his demeanor toward us and LITERALLY RAISED the cost of the room in $1000 pesos. I had booked on the app, and tried to explain that the cost was wrong. Tragically, we needed the room for our first night.
